Jamswift Shipping & Logistics – Terms & Conditions
By engaging the services of Jamswift Shipping & Logistics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
The Company provides shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics services, including delivery of goods.
2. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the necessary documents required to facilitate the retrieval of items from customs.
3. Delivery & Collection
Jamswift Shipping & Logistics will notify the you when goods are ready for collection or delivery.
Failure to collect goods within three (3) days of notification, a storage fee of JMD $150 per day will apply until collection is made.
Goods will not be released until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
4. Storage & Abandonment of Goods
Goods left uncollected for more than 30 days without written communication from the you will be considered abandoned.
The Company reserves the right to dispose of, auction, or otherwise manage abandoned goods without further notice.
5. Payment Terms
All shipping and related charges must be paid in full before goods are released.
